Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Document Version: 1.0 · Last Updated: September 16, 2026
Operator: Grindit LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE (Reg. No: 2541536)
Platform: https://fundly.games/
This policy outlines the measures Grindit LLC takes to prevent the platform at https://fundly.games/ from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity, and to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements.
1. Scope
1.1. This policy applies to all Users, employees, contractors, and payment/verification partners of Fundly Games, and covers every stage of the platform: Evaluation Package purchases, Phase 3 Partner onboarding, and contractor payouts.
2. Customer Identification and Verification (KYC)
2.1. All Users must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before becoming eligible for a Phase 3 Partner payout. Verification is performed through WHOP's identity verification service and is required before an admin can approve a User's transition to Phase 3.
2.2. Verification may include government-issued identification, a facial biometric match, and proof of address, as required by WHOP's verification flow. Additional documentation (such as proof of source of funds) may be requested in higher-risk cases.
2.3. A Phase 3 transition will not be approved, and a payout will not be released, until verification is complete and the User's status is confirmed as verified.
3. Monitoring and Reporting
3.1. We use automated risk scoring and manual review to monitor account activity for signs of suspicious behavior, including:
- Use of multiple accounts by the same person to obscure activity or coordinate results;
- Abnormal or rapid-fire entry patterns inconsistent with genuine analysis;
- Mismatched identity, payment, or payout details; and
- Payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraud signals on a linked payment method.
3.2. Where suspicious activity is detected, the affected account may be suspended or closed, and — where required by applicable law — reported to the relevant authorities or financial intelligence units.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Users may not use the Fundly platform to: launder money or conceal the origin of unlawfully obtained funds; finance terrorism; circumvent international sanctions or trade embargoes; or make purchases with stolen or unauthorized payment methods. Any violation results in immediate account termination and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
5. Record Keeping
5.1. We retain KYC verification records, transaction history, and records of any AML-related review for a minimum of 5 years, or longer where required by applicable law.
6. Jurisdictional Restrictions
6.1. In line with international sanctions and AML/CTF compliance obligations, Fundly does not onboard or provide services to individuals or entities located in sanctioned or high-risk jurisdictions. See our Restricted Countries and Territories page for the current list.
7. Policy Review
7.1. This policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner where required by changes in law, regulation, or our business operations.
