1.1. Fundly aims to make its evaluation platform available globally. However, in line with international sanctions and our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations (see our AML Policy), we do not onboard or provide services to individuals or entities located in the jurisdictions listed below.

3. Why These Restrictions Exist

3.1. These restrictions reflect international sanctions regimes, AML/CTF requirements, and elevated jurisdictional risk. They are standard practice across financial and evaluation platforms and are applied independently of, and in addition to, any restrictions enforced by our payment processor.

4. Important Notes

4.1. If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, you may not access or use the Fundly platform.

4.2. Attempting to bypass these restrictions — for example, by using a VPN, proxy, or false residency information — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension or termination.

4.3. If you are a national of a restricted jurisdiction but reside elsewhere, you may be considered for onboarding on providing valid, verifiable proof of residence in a permitted country.

4.4. This list may change as sanctions regimes and regulations evolve. We recommend checking this page periodically.
