Challenge Rules

1. Relationship to Terms and Conditions

These Challenge Rules form an integral part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Service and Simulation (v3.2). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Rules and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail as the authoritative legal document.

2. Phase 1 — Challenge

• Time limit: 30 days
• Profit target: +10 % of capital
• Max. overall loss: −10 % of capital (static — the floor never moves)
• Max. daily loss: −4 % of capital, resets at midnight UTC
• Minimum 5 qualifying winning entries, each with a net profit of at least +0.5 % of capital
• Permissible odds range: 1.00 to 8.00

3. Phase 2 — Verification

• Time limit: 30 days
• Profit target: +5 % of capital
• Same max. overall loss, max. daily loss, qualifying-entry and permissible-odds rules as Phase 1

4. Phase 3 — Fundly Partner (Partner Account)

• Performance split: you keep 80 % of the performance reward
• No time limit
• Max. overall loss: −10 % (trailing from your highest recorded balance)
• Max. daily loss: −4 % of capital, resets at midnight UTC

4.1 Maximum Entry Risk Limit

The maximum simulated risk per single entry is 1.5 % of account capital in every phase. This applies regardless of odds or sport, and is enforced automatically by the platform.

5. Contractor Payouts

• A profit buffer of at least +5 % of capital is required before your first contractor payout request
• Minimum 5 qualifying winning entries (≥ +0.5 % of capital each) required before contractor payout
• Maximum $4,000 per contractor payout request; you receive your 80 % performance share
• Identity verification (KYC) via Whop is required before the first contractor payout
• Approved contractor payouts are settled within 7 days

6. Forbidden Strategies

• Arbitrage & mispricing exploitation across outcomes or platforms
• Latency exploitation of stale data feeds
• Multi-accounting or collusion between accounts (shared device, IP, or payment method used to coordinate opposing entries)
• Any exploitation of technical errors, bugs, or mispriced simulation data

Accounts found in breach of these rules are terminated without contractor payout, in accordance with Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
